The Ritual:
While showering, using the palm of your hand, massage Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator into moist skin in circular motions. To exfoliate your entire body, use 0.5 oz – 1oz. of product. (That’s half a shot glass – a full shot glass.) Either rinse immediately or, for a deeper exfoliation, leave on for 3-5 minutes. After exfoliating, rinse and follow with an application of your favorite body lotion
