Arrive Early

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This will not only allow you time to check in, but also unwind.

Arriving Late

Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment has been reserved especially for you and we hope you don’t have to cancel. If you must cancel or reschedule, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled treatments. When you schedule your appointment a valid credit card will be required to reserve your special time.

Health Questionnaire

If it is your first visit with us we will require you to fill out a health questionnaire, so allow yourself an extra few minutes to take your time in completing this form. This is a requirement in our efforts to ensure you receive safe and proper care, as some treatments are contraindicated for pregnancy and certain illness or medications. It is also important for you to let us know if anything changes in your health or medications so that we can update out records.

Spa Etiquette

For the relaxation of all our guests please lower your voices, turn off cell phones and only bring your child if they have a scheduled appointment with us.

Gratuity

We leave this up to you. There is no expected or required gratuity, but it is always very appreciated. 15-25% is customary.

Returns

We do not accept returns for retail purchases. All sales are final.
